By booking and accepting this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
- You confirm that you have thoroughly reviewed all add-on services, and understand that additional services may result in increased pricing and/or extended service time if required.
- Pre-existing damage (including but not limited to scratches, rock chips, fading, worn interior surfaces, or mechanical/electrical issues) is not the responsibility of the detailer.
- Detailing services may reveal previously hidden defects that were not visible prior to service and are not caused by the detailing process.
- Appointment times are arrival windows; the detailer may arrive up to 30 minutes early or within the scheduled time frame.
- Any concerns or issues must be communicated prior to service completion.
- Failure to remit payment of the agreed-upon quote upon completion of the service may result in late fees and/or collection actions, including the filing of a mechanic’s lien where legally applicable.
